Street Preachers Warned to "Not Speak on Morality"

  According to WND.com, a British city council member has told police that street preachers in the city of Manchester should only be allowed to preach if they avoid topics of morality.  Councilman Pat Karney told the Christian Institute concerning street preachers, "They're perfectly entitled to talk about Jesus and the word of God, but not to make anyone feel insecure or threatened."  He added that that addressing sexual behavior is "not proper at all."
