Defending Our Rights Is Not "Hypothetical"

            Throughout history, judges have stood in the way of those who would violate our lives, liberties, and properties.  It has always been a virtue of a judicious councilor to not regard the state of either party and to rule blindly in favor of justice.

   For decades, governments in this country have taken away our right to enjoy our properties freely - even forcing properties out of the hands of their rightful owners. Some judges have stood in the way. Most have not. A recent ruling by an Eau Claire County Judge illustrates why they have not.
